Exceptional customer service! Working with 1st Choice was truly amazing. From the design stage to the installation to the final touch-ups, they were totally focused on delivering the best product and service and at a very good price. They did our kitchen cabinets, two bathroom vanities, and built a gorgeous custom powder room vanity. I can say that their sales and service is unlike any other I have experienced - top notch!

I have used 1st Choice Cabinetry twice. I first used them with a kitchen remodel & most recently when I updated my children's bathroom. I worked with Debra Fogelsong initially on my kitchen remodel. I had a pretty clear vision of what type of cabinets & color I wanted and Debra was wonderful at zeroing in on picking the cabinets & finish while staying within our budget. The best part was when Debra came to take measurements & layout the cabinets. I am the type that wants a professional that can lay out the concept to me and I can make adjustments. That is exactly what Debra did....she went back & produced computer sketches of my new kitchen with all the cabinets placed. It was awesome...I had to do nothing but make a few minor changes but she had it just like I wanted it. The other thing she did was to push me to stretch some on finishes or extras like the self close doors & drawers in the entire kitchen. I was just going to do a select few but she convinced me there was little cost difference on doing them all. I did that & have never regretted I spent the extra money. Our cabinets came in on time, were delivered on time and installed on time. Debra called me numerous times to follow up on the project and she came out to see our beautiful new kitchen when it was completed. She was extremely thorough, honest when I needed her to be, very kind and sooooo easy to work with. I just said last night for the 1000th time how much I love my kitchen. I love it so much when we updated our daughter's bathroom, I called Debra for the cabinets. We tried Lowes and Home Depot initially for bathroom cabinets but I came right back to Debra and again am a VERY satisfied customer. We ordered the cabinets in October and she had them here and installed by Thanksgiving when I had guest coming. If you want beautiful cabinets, that are reasonably priced and an awesome creative, professional customer service ask for Debra Fogelsong...she is the best! Teri Armstrong - very happy Cary customer
